Do your prices include VAT?
Yes, all of the prices on our website include VAT.
How much are your delivery charges?
We charge £2.00 per mile from either of our operating bases. This price includes delivery and collection.
Will you set up the furniture/props when you deliver?
Our prices on the website are a ‘drop off’ price however it is possible for us to set up the equipment for you. Get in touch with us to find out a quote.
How early do I need to book?
The earlier you can book the equipment the better as we are very busy, especially in the summer months. Late bookings are welcome and we will always try to accomodate you.
What happens if something is broken or damaged?
We do charge for missing, broken or damaged items at full replacement cost.
When will you deliver the equipment?
We will always aim to deliver and collect the equipment to fit in with your arrangements. It is however worth letting us know as soon as possible the dates so that we can work these into our schedule.
What access do you need when you deliver?
We will need parking/access for our Luton size van and will then need to park as close as possible to the event site in order to unload.
Do we need to fold the tables when you come to collect?
Yes all tables and chairs etc need to be folded/stacked in the same way they were dropped off prior to collection.
